Partner & Industry Lead - Professional & Business Services Practice

Chee Wee currently leads the Firm’s Professional and Business Services Practice, which offers practical solutions in tax, audit/assurance, governance, risk, advisory/consulting, and outsourcing support to professional and services firms in sectors such as education, investment holding, and environment. His portfolio of clients includes trading and manufacturing companies, funds (including private equity), public-listed companies in the real estate, food and beverage, and energy-related industries and business segments.

He spent more than 10 years with a Big 4 firm in Singapore, the US, and China, where his portfolio of clients included a China Big 4 bank, a multilateral development bank, and local and multinational financial institutions (including banks, merchant banks, brokers, and broker-dealers). He was also involved as the lead assurance manager concurrently for two financial services groups listed on the Singapore Exchange in 2007, as well as a US government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) during his secondment at the Washington DC office.

After his career with the Big 4 firm, Chee Wee joined a multinational broker-dealer as its CFO responsible for the finance and accounting functions in Singapore and its branch in Taipei, Taiwan.
