Thoman heads the security solutions business under the Firm's Technology Services arm. He oversees a team responsible for the development, implementation, and management of security related projects for mid-market and large enterprise clients across industries, including those in the highly regulated financial sector.

As an IT security and compliance advisor, he is well-versed with big data, security information and event management (SIEM), data security, IT compliance and governance, source code review, and operational intelligence (OI).

He has significant years of experience in IT systems, networks, security and applications architecture, project lifecycle management, customer relationship management, and financial/operations management. He has also been actively involved in managing mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and process improvement programmes.

With his deep technical knowledge and strong business acumen, he plays a key role in advising clients in the development of an integrated business and cybersecurity strategy, supported by cost-effective, high-performance IT infrastructure, and applications.
