Trisha joined the Firm 2016 and specialises in restructuring and turnaround engagements where she assists both publicly-listed and private clients across a diverse range of industries, such as oil and gas, construction and renewable energy sectors to drive the formulation and implementation of restructuring and turnaround strategies. She has worked on assignments to right size client’s capital structures and support their investor search and fundraising activities.

Trisha also has experience in conducting business financial reviews, forensic investigations and formal insolvency engagements. She has also assisted clients in transaction support for sale of equity, assets and businesses including preparation of data room, advising clients on the due diligence process, assisting clients in the negotiations and reviewing of transaction documentation.
