Partner & Industry Lead - Private Equity Practice

Wenxue specialises in transaction advisory services, where he is experienced in dealing with financial due diligence, deal advisory/structuring, sale & purchase advisory, investor searches, transaction support/vendor assistance, and deal completion assistance across a spectrum of industries, including but not limited to private equities, education, real estate, transportation & logistics, healthcare, technology & media, money lending, telecommunications, energy, and trading.

Wenxue currently leads the Firm’s Private Equity Practice which is dedicated to serving the needs of private equity firms, and their related entities including private equity funds and investees.

Additionally, Wenxue has experience in financial audit and assurance services, including capital markets support work that covers initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, bond issuances, right issues, and spin-offs. He has also been involved in providing valuation advisory services and business advisory services.

Prior to joining the Firm, Wenxue spent over 10 years with a Big 4 firm in Singapore and Malaysia.
