Director

Xu Chen is part of the firm’s China Practice Group and Energy & Commodities Practice. He specialises in providing audit and assurance services to clients across various industries, including energy and commodities, real estate, engineering and construction, retail, and manufacturing.

Before joining RSM, Xu Chen gained valuable public accounting experience at one of the Big Four firms and mid-tier firms in Singapore.

Fluent in both English and Chinese, Xu Chen has extensive experience working with China state-owned enterprises and A-shares listed companies operating in Singapore, as well as Singapore companies with operations in China.
