Luis Carvajal is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Luis has more than 25 years of experience, and has specialised in advising companies on corporate transactions of all kinds, mergers, spin-offs and the sale and purchase of companies, both Sell and Buy Side. He has relevant experience in the negotiation and closing of MBI, MBO, BIMBO, shareholders' agreements and their structuring.

He has advised, both nationally and internationally, clients in various sectors such as software, services, real estate, PCI, retail and internet.

He has also been a member of the legal committees of SEDISI and ASEDIE and has given lectures and classes at IE, Chambers of Commerce and Carlos III University.
