Francisco de Borja Ortas is a partner at RSM and specialises in Labour Law in the Seville office.

Borja Ortas Luceño is a specialist in employment law, an area in which he has developed an important career advising companies on recruitment, dismissals, health and safety at work. She has also led the development of important collective bargaining processes and staff restructuring within large companies and organisations, including employment regulation proceedings, and modification of acquired working conditions.

In his professional career, he has been a leader in providing strategic advice to companies in different sectors and in the configuration of internal procedures and channels for regulatory compliance. She has also led the development and monitoring of equality plans within companies and institutions. On the other hand, in the exercise of her professional activity she has achieved a notable projection in the field of labour litigation, having intervened in numerous legal proceedings in which she has assisted important commercial companies.

He began his professional career at Bufete Bidón Abogados in 2007, where he was in charge of the Labour Department, until 2020, when he joined Lébeq Abogados as Partner in charge of the employment department. He also combines his professional work with teaching and training as Honorary Professor of Labour Law at the University of Seville. To this he adds his extensive activity as author of legal articles and publications.

He holds a degree in Law from the University of Seville and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from ISDE.
