Javier Rodríguez-Batllori

Javier Rodríguez-Batllori is a partner at RSM and specialises in Corporate and Litigation.

He has more than 15 years of experience in legal practice in the area of commercial law, advising various companies, including listed companies, on corporate transactions such as mergers and other forms of corporate restructuring of particular complexity, participating in a wide range of transactions in different sectors, including mainly energy, tourism and real estate.

Javier is also secretary of several boards of directors, and has been an insolvency administrator since 2020.

Prior to joining RSM as a partner, he developed part of his professional career in the Project Finance department of one of the most prestigious international law firms, as well as in the Commercial Law Department of Deloitte.

He holds a Law Degree from the University of Seville and a Master's Degree in Business Law from the University of Alcalá. He is also a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
