José María Cruz is a partner at RSM and specialises in providing comprehensive advice to the Professional Sports Industry.

José María has extensive experience in Sports and Tax Law and has been managing companies and institutions in the field of professional football both nationally and internationally for the last twenty years, based on his previous experience as a lawyer in leading international firms.

During his professional career he has advised or managed individuals and entities on contractual and corporate commercial aspects, national and international taxation, compliance, due diligence, labour-sports and sports regulatory aspects in audiovisual and financial matters.

With a degree in Law from the University of Seville and a Diploma in Senior Management, he works interchangeably in Spanish and English, having led highly specialised teams in both consultancy and sports management.
