ThaiESG investments offer attractive tax benefits for individuals looking to save on taxes while supporting sustainable development in Thailand. Here’s a quick overview of the key tax advantages:

No Minimum Investment: There is no minimum required for purchasing ThaiESG units, and investors can buy at their own pace.

Tax Deductions:

     -    Investors can deduct up to 30% of their taxable income, with a maximum of 300,000 THB per year.
     -    This deduction is in addition to other retirement-related benefits, which can total up to 500,000 THB annually.

          Other Retirement-related Tax Benefits

         In addition to the tax advantages of ThaiESG investments, individuals can also benefit from deductions on other retirement-related savings options, including:

        1.    SSF (Super Savings Fund): Up to 30% of taxable income, with a maximum deduction of 200,000 THB.
       2.    RMF (Retirement Mutual Fund): Up to 30% of taxable income, with a maximum deduction of 500,000 THB.
       3.    GPF (Government Pension Fund): Up to 30% of salary, with a maximum deduction of 500,000 THB.
       4.    Pension Insurance (Annuity Insurance): Up to 15% of taxable income, with a maximum deduction of 200,000 THB.
       5.    Government Savings Fund (GSC): Maximum deduction of 30,000 THB per year.
These options, combined with ThaiESG, provide a comprehensive strategy for both retirement savings and tax savings.

Capital Gains Exemption:

If held for at least 5 years, any capital gains from selling ThaiESG units are exempt from personal income tax.

Important Conditions:

       -    Tax deductions are available until 2026, with a possibility of extension.
       -    For 2023 purchases, a longer 8-year holding period applies for capital gains exemption.
       -    ThaiESG investments are an excellent way to save on taxes, build retirement funds, and invest in a sustainable future.
