Dear clients, partners and friends,  

Since the war in Ukraine began on 24 February, while our offices have experienced some unavoidable disruption, our Firm and staff have continued to serve clients, working remotely from home or in temporary locations, and even in RSM Ukraine’s office in Kyiv. 

The Firm’s management is continuously working to coordinate the performance of all ongoing engagements. These include finalising statutory audits, providing tax compliance and tax advisory assistance and conducting outsourced accounting services for those clients who are continuing with their business operations. 

Since Russia launched the invasion of Ukraine, the safety of our employees remains a priority. Therefore, the Firm applies as much flexibility as possible to the working hours and employee involvement but with the same focus on work security and quality. Despite these extreme circumstances, RSM Ukraine remains open for business, serving our clients with the same level of quality they have come to expect in addition to helping new clients who now need our support. 

RSM Ukraine would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Jean Stephens, RSM’s Global Chief Executive Officer and the International Board of Directors for their moral support and offers of both financial and practical assistance. 

We continue to be overwhelmed by the generosity of so many RSM Member Firms and their staff who have been in touch to offer their assistance, while others have been proactively fundraising to provide humanitarian aid, and on the ground support to the people of Ukraine. We are truly grateful to all of you during this desperate time.
