The concept of ESG (environmental, social and governance) is no longer something that is "coming"; We cannot wait for the future to realize the risks we face today and that we should have addressed sooner.

ESG represents awareness of the current risks to which our organizations, and beyond that, we as individuals, are exposed. This is not about future innovation, but about our current responsibility to contribute to sustainability.

Assuming this responsibility implies acting under ethical and transparent principles, respecting human rights, the rule of law, international standards and all parties interested in or affected by our decisions.

Identifying those interested parties, known as stakeholders, means understanding how our actions impact individuals or groups, and ensuring that impact is positive. We must not only worry about generating change, but also about raising awareness and promoting a circular ecosystem that multiplies the positive impact.

It is essential to educate with purpose, not just train. At RSM, our focus is on raising awareness and maximizing positive impact. We strive to identify stakeholders not only on the front lines of interest, but also those who can act as vehicles to amplify that impact.
