Biography

Ravshan brings a wealth of experience to RSM Uzbekistan, having joined the firm in 2023 as a Partner for managed services. He boasts an impressive 12-year track record leading projects across various industries in Uzbekistan, including manufacturing, construction, IT, investment, wholesale and retail trade, and service sectors.  Prior to joining RSM, Ravshan honed his expertise in audit, finance, consulting, and tax consulting, working with both domestic and international companies.

As a Partner for Managed Outsourced Services, Ravshan leverages his deep industry knowledge and proven project leadership to curate customized solutions for RSM's clients. He spearheads the development of service packages that cater to specific client needs, ensuring optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ravshan fosters strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and guiding them through complex financial and operational challenges. 

Leveraging his in-depth understanding of Uzbekistan's tax landscape, Ravshan spearheads RSM Uzbekistan's tax advisory services as a Partner. He guides a team of specialists, meticulously crafting tax strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.  Ravshan proactively identifies potential tax pitfalls and implements effective solutions, ensuring clients navigate the complexities of Uzbekistan's tax code with confidence.
