Timur gained extensive legal experience prior to joining RSM. From 2011 to 2018, he served as a Partner at Legal Consulting Group in Tajikistan, managing various legal projects. His expertise spanned a wide range of areas, including labour issues, corporate governance, corporate issues, subsoil use, energy, banking, and finance. He excelled at preparing legal memorandums, drafting foundation documents, internal regulations, and employment agreements. Timur's legal career began at Legal Consulting Group in 2004, where he steadily progressed from Lawyer to Senior Lawyer within 7 years of tenure. Throughout this period, he honed his skills in providing legal services, assisting with legal issues, and supporting clients with business registration, licensing, and legal analysis.

In his current role as Partner, Legal Services, Timur orchestrates the delivery of legal services for RSM Tajikistan and RSM Uzbekistan.  He functions as a strategic linchpin, overseeing a team of legal professionals and charting the course for complex legal projects.
