ABOUT CHILABA

Chilaba is an adeptist HR strategist with over 10 years of experience in HR management, executive coaching, and career coaching. She holds an MSc in Applied Psychology from the University of Liverpool and is a Certified Trainer (MBST Middle Earth HR).

Prior to joining RSM Zambia, Chilaba provided coaching and training services in Dubai through Zoomedin and Lifology, helping clients navigate career and organizational challenges. She is certified in Learning and Development (CLDM MEHR), Psychometric Testing (CPTP MEHR), and Executive Coaching (CELC MEHR), accredited by Middle Earth HR, Carlton Advanced Management Institute, and the World HR Board.

Chilaba is known for her expertise in human capital and talent development, driving organizational transformation. At RSM Zambia, she ensures the company’s people receive the necessary support and provides outsourced HR services to various clients
