ABOUT IAN

Ian is the esteemed Managing Partner and CEO of RSM Zambia, bringing over two decades of expertise in advisory services, accounting, auditing, and global taxation. As a Chartered Accountant and Insolvency Practitioner, Ian is a fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He holds an MSc in Finance from the University of London, further enhancing his financial expertise.

Ian’s extensive experience in governance is demonstrated by his tenure on the boards of leading organizations in the healthcare and food industries, where he provided strategic financial oversight. His early professional experiences with the Zambia Revenue Authority and KPMG Zambia laid a strong foundation for his fiscal proficiency and leadership abilities.

In addition to his technical expertise, Ian excels as a trainer, transferring his wealth of knowledge to others. His commitment to mentorship and education in financial practices ensures that future leaders are equipped with the principles of sound financial management, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. 

Ian and leads the team of 30 staff in our Lusaka office.
