ABOUT KABWE

Kabwe oversees the Tax, Assurance, and Business Process Outsourcing functions at RSM Zambia. A Chartered Accountant and a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Kabwe brings over 13 years of experience in advisory, tax, audit, and consulting. He holds a Master of Arts in Investment Banking & Capital Markets from the London School of Business and Finance.

Kabwe is also part of the Quality Inspection Team for RSM Africa. Before joining RSM Zambia, he worked as the Impairments Specialist at Zambia National Commercial Bank PLC and at Deloitte & Touche Zambia.

In his role as Chief Operating Officer (COO), Kabwe is responsible for driving operational efficiencies, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring overall business performance. Working closely with the executive team, Kabwe plays a critical role in the firm's success, focusing on operational excellence and growth strategies to achieve the firm’s objectives.
