In the first coffee conversation held in our new office in Brisbane, Steve is joined by Matt Kratiuk, Chief Growth Officer at Tactic, Global Keynote Speaker, and Brand Ambassador to the Vinnies CEO Sleepout Australia. 

Matt Kratiuk is the Chief Growth Officer of TACTIC, a national leasing advisory and commercial fitout firm headquartered in Brisbane and one of Australia's fastest-growing companies. For the last 6-years, Matt has also been the National Brand Ambassador for The Vinnies CEO Sleepout, where he has been responsible for building and leading the highest fundraising team in Australian CEO Sleepout history to support Australians experiencing homelessness. This is quite an accomplishment considering that 11 years ago, Matt was a homeless ice addict living in a park and on the verge of suicide.

Matt has navigated the gritty underworld, faced the ups and downs of mental illness, felt the excitement of big business and boardrooms, and endured the despair of homelessness.
