Jason Croall is a Partner of the Audit & Assurance division in Melbourne.
He also has experience in corporate finance delivering various due diligence assignments, investigating accountants' reports and litigation support.
Jason has in excess of 25 years of experience in the profession and regularly presents to boards and audit committees on a range of matters including audit issues, audit adjustments and the identification of risks and business improvement processes.

- Advised clients on technical accounting issues including advice on business combinations, impairment, accounting for complex financial instruments such as convertible notes and share based payments
- Assisted clients in the resource sector on a range of matters including capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, technical accounting and audit issues
- Assisted a number of large information technology companies through rapid growth phases including support through acquisition related issues and complex accounting matters around financial reporting
