Rick Kimberley is a Partner in the Tax Services division and leads the Global Employer Services practice in Australia.  

A unique focus of Rick and his team is developing bespoke technological solutions to tax problems for his clients.

In addition to his technology-focused approach, Rick is best known in the market for his work in respect of wage compliance, particularly superannuation guarantee, where he has assisted some of Australia’s largest listed and multi-national corporations. 

His areas of expertise spread across a variety of industries including engineering, aged care, health, hospitality, security, and manufacturing.

Rick is an avid football lover and supports the Brisbane Lions and the New York Giants. He also admits that his guilty pleasure is a daily sauna and ice bath!

Before joining RSM, Rick spent the last 12 years working at 'Big 4' accounting firms, where he led wage compliance engagements across some of Australia’s largest and most complex employers. Some of Rick's notable engagements include working with one of Australia’s big 4 banks, one of Australia’s largest oil and gas exploration companies, one of Victoria’s largest hospitals, one of the world’s largest wine companies, and a world-leading telco.
