SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
- Worked with a Government group to strategise, plan and roll out the transition of an old desktop financial management system for 90+ sites to Xero. We assessed the older processes and how the new system would be best rolled out for a one-way process to suit all 90 sites. We also planned how the head finance team would manage this process both during implementation and ongoing for the finance function.
