Gina Nedeljkovic

Gina Nedeljkovic is a Director and the WA leader for RSM's Global Employer Services division.

Gina's specialty areas include wage compliance, employment tax matters (Fringe Benefits Tax, Superannuation, PAYG Withholding, Payroll Tax), and global mobility/expatriate tax compliance and advisory services.

Gina works with employers of all sizes to ensure they are meeting their wage and employment tax obligations. She assists clients in minimising future penalties and reputational risks.

"I enjoy seeing the progression of my team members, and hearing clients say how they no longer feel like they're on a 'burning carousel' thanks to our help". 

Gina is passionate about helping medium and large businesses create efficiencies by automating repetitive compliance tasks, along with identifying risk exposures using data analytics.

Gina has spent the majority of her professional journey working at 'Big 4' firms, before joining RSM in 2023.  She also worked at a large construction/mining group to assist with setting up their global mobility policy and improving their employment tax policies to manage tax risks and governance.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending her weekends at her family’s orchard and cheering her kids on the sidelines at their sporting activities. Gina’s interests include; following tennis and travelling.
