Outside of work, Hayden has been a soccer player most of his life and is heavily involved in Lake Albert Soccer Club. He played his first game with this club in 1988 and now coaches both of his own kids' teams.

As someone who likes to be actively involved in new, innovative projects, Hayden has been involved in numerous testing and implementation projects for new software for the firm and uses his technology-based expertise to help with the transition into digital accounting.
