SIGNIFICANT PROJECTS
- Tim helped a large federal government department plan for and assure the design, build and implementation of a national quarantine centre; working with the same department to help plan and assure the implementation of major legislation change and assess impact across policy, operations, people and technology.
- Tim provided independent assurance for a major shared services initiative led by a central agency.
- For a science and technology based government organisation, he developed and implemented an enterprise wide project management methodology, including a tailored Project Management Handbook, core project management processes, governance and reporting frameworks and staff training. This included the creation of a corporate Program Management Office, responsible for integrating major projects, monitoring capital expenditure and reporting progress at the board level.
