At RSM, we are committed to continually striving to develop and value everyone with a strong focus on personal and professional development. To be successful in the increasingly competitive global environment or to have all the tools and knowledge they need to feel good in their role, our consultants require a combination of strong technical, business, and human skills.
We provide training and development opportunities through our own RSM Belgium Academy, at each stage of their career to help them progress at every level.
Each year we offer two or three colleagues the opportunity to participate in the European Forward Sprint.
The Forward Sprint is a creative problem-solving training event and cross-border collaboration experience dedicated to the newest generations in RSM Member Firms across Europe.
This prestigious event brings together young talented individuals from across Europe to collaborate on innovative ideas and solutions, and gives the opportunity to network with colleagues from other RSM member firms, share their expertise, and learn a lot from each other.

"The Forward Sprint is a fantastic event organised by RSM International to give young people a voice in shaping RSM's future vision. They present you with a topic they want your opinion on, and together with your team of colleagues from different countries, you research this subject. The opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from various RSM offices across Europe is a unique chance to network and get to know everyone. Additionally (at least for me), it provides an opportunity to become more confident with the English language. The Forward Sprint also has a completely different approach than what you might be used to, challenging you in weekly training sessions to be creative and think outside the box. It’s intensive, it’s demanding, but it’s also very educational, and as an introvert, I’m incredibly grateful for the way it pulls me out of my comfort zone to network and give my best. Now that the Forward Sprint has ended, it’s rewarding to present (on a topic you've spent around two months researching and fully stand behind) to a jury consisting of key figures within the RSM network."
