John Droguett

Chairman & International Contact Partner

With more than 20 years of professional practice, John Droguett is the current Chairman & International Contact Partner of RSM Chile. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Graduated in Law and has several additional postgraduate degrees in various tax-related topics on his resume. He is a specialist in corporate reorganizations, capital investments and tax planning. He also has international experience providing advice in 10 countries. Before joining RSM, he ran the local firm Auren Auditores y Consultores. Prior to this, he had a 5-year stint at TGS Chile and also served as a partner at KPMG (tax and legal services, mergers and acquisitions, head of compliance services). In addition, he distributes his time teaching various courses on taxes, mergers and corporate reorganizations at the Universidad Católica de Chile and the Universidad de Concepción.
