Oscar Aguilar

Lead Partner, Audit

Oscar is a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor from the University of Santiago, Chile. He also has several postgraduate degrees, including an MBA. His 17 years of IFRS experience include a Diploma from the University of Chile as well as his participation in the IFRS Technical Committee in the same house of studies and experience in leading IFRS FS audits.

In addition, he is an expert in US GAAP, including audits of various Chilean subsidiaries of companies listed in the SEC and ICOFR.

He combines his professional practice teaching audit and accounting classes at the University of Chile.
