We're delighted to bring you RSM France's transparency report for 2024.

This report is all about trust, quality, integrity, sustainability and transparency, so it applies to all our colleagues and partners. It's a golden opportunity to draw the market's attention to our role as statutory auditors and our commitment to our clients, regulators and colleagues. It also demonstrates how much drive RSM has behind it in France, with our business growing by over 10% in 2024.

Everyone at RSM shares the same drive and values as the 6th largest global audit, tax and consulting network. We all share the same objective to predict and support change, so our work can help build confidence in the economy. We also apply a code of conduct to everything we do and every decision we make.

We began our own CSRD journey in July 2024. We ventured outside the "financial" box to get an all-encompassing view of our business and assess our impact on all our stakeholders, so we could work with them to create trust and transparency.

It's this same transparency that enables us to compare healthy businesses and understand a complex world. If it helps people to form an opinion, then it has to be fair and detailed.

Financial data shouldn't be the only thing that defines a healthy business; sustainability should be a factor too. With this in mind, all our partners involved in auditing have received training to get the sustainability visa.

We hope this scheme will help us set a benchmark as a company with real expertise in providing both reliable financial information and reliable information about social and environmental responsibility.
