Géraldine Vilmint joined the Lyon office in September 2019 to help develop the Mid-Cap and Large-Cap Audit service line. With 17 years of experience at PwC in the Lyon and Toronto offices, she has developed a solid expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and audit standards such as ISA and PCAOB, which guide the audit approaches of large international companies.

Her ability to tackle complex issues allows her to comfortably handle operations like LBOs, carve-outs, external growth, IPOs, and more.
