After 10 years in the public real estate department of Primexis, Jean Rigon joined Cifralex in 2018. In 2024, he became a partner at RSM and works across France and overseas territories, focusing on territorial projects, public service management, and matters of general interest. His work is exclusively dedicated to Public Development Institutions (EPL), public establishments, social housing organizations, and local authorities.

He also handles specific audit missions for institutional clients.
