Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare documents related to the setup up of companies, Singapore branches, etc.
• Draft directors’ resolutions, including changes in directors and/or secretaries, opening and closing of bank accounts, acceptance of banking facilities, etc.
• Draft shareholders’ resolutions and minutes of meetings concerning changes in auditors, allotment of shares, payment of dividends, etc.
• Prepare annual general meeting documents
• Update statutory records and minute books of companies
• E-file various returns, resolutions, and annual returns with CR.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the assigned team

 

Requirements
• Diploma in Business Studies, Accountancy, or Law preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese
• Meticulous with strong organisational skills
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Previous corporate administrative experience is preferred
