With over 20 years of experience in multi-disciplinary valuation and advisory services, Tony specialises in business interests, intangible assets, financial instruments, real estate and machinery & equipment across Asia, with a focus on the Greater China region.

He has extensive experience conducting valuations for various purposes, including IPOs, M&A, sales and purchases, fundraising, restructuring, privatisations, litigation, and tax-related matters. He is also proficient in financial reporting requirements such as purchase price allocation (PPA) and impairment testing.

Tony’s clientele spans both public and private sectors across a diverse range of industries, including banking, investment funds, technology, natural gas, solar energy, biotech, electronic gaming, music publishing, logistics, securities and commodities, education, food manufacturing, real estate, paper manufacturing, watches and jewelry, hospitality, F&B, packaging, apparel, telecommunication, electronics, chemicals, toll roads, power plants, retail chains, and food manufacturing.

His business advisory expertise encompasses valuation, restructuring and insolvency, transactions, and forensic & investigations.

Before joining RSM, Tony held leadership roles in several international organisations, including Managing Director for the East Asia region of a professional surveying body, and General Manager of a property consulting firm’s Tianjin office. He also worked at an international valuation consulting firm, providing multi-disciplinary valuation services for the Greater China market.
