Roles & Responsibilities
· Prepare full sets of accounts (routine and ad hoc engagements) and payroll
· Assist in payment administration for clients
· Review the work of junior team members to ensure accuracy and completeness
· Ensure familiarity with SFRS, GST, and payroll reporting requirements
· Provide support and guidance to clients and staff in the daily use of SAGE or cloud accounting software (preferably Xero/QBO)
· Assist with any other assignments or special projects as required

 

Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in Accountancy
· 3-4 years of experience in handling full set of accounts
· Experience managing a portfolio of clients in a public accounting firm is advantageous
· Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAGE or other cloud accounting software (Xero) and their apps is highly regarded
· Initiative to resolve challenges, committed, and able to manage multiple deadlines
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
