Risk Advisory Services - Senior Consultants / Consultants (Internal Control)

RSM Hong Kong’s Risk Advisory Services team provides a wide range of risk management consulting services, including internal control review, internal audit, enterprise risk management, SOX advisory, fraud investigation, compliance review, and ESG reporting consultancy services. We also provide IT and Technology Risk Advisory Services, such as IT General Controls review, IT audit, data privacy and security, business continuity and IT risk assessment services.


Responsibilities: 

  • Participate in risk and compliance engagements such as internal audit, internal control review, IT audit, fraud investigation, listing rules / SFO / HKMA / SOX compliance review for MNC, Hong Kong / Singapore listed clients.
  • Obtain good understanding of business operations, processes and controls, IT infrastructure.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide input to management leaders on suggestions to clients.
  • Committed to prepare high quality documentation and reports according to work plan.
  • Participate in training and coaching less experienced staff members (for the post of Senior Consultant).
  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance / Computer Science / Information System or related discipline.

Requirements:

  • Member or finalist of professional qualification preferred such as HKICPA / ACCA / CPAA / CIA or equivalent for the position of Senior Consultant.
  • 2+ years' solid experience of external audit / internal audit / risk advisory from professional service firms.  Less experienced candidates may apply for the position of Consultant.
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Logical thinker with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel.
