Implementation of Global Minimum Tax in Indonesia
Wednesday| Duration 120 minutes
Starting 1 January 2025, Indonesia implements the Global Minimum Tax (GMT) under the Pillar Two framework through the issuance of Regulation of Minister of Finance No 136 Year 2024 (PMK-136). This regulation aligns Indonesia's domestic tax framework with the OECD's Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) initiative, ensuring compliance with international tax standards.
This 120-minutes webinar will provide in-depth insights into PMK-136, a game-changing regulation in the fields of International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. The discussion will cover Indonesia's approach to taxing rights under GMT, including the technical framework and administrative procedures such as the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), Safe Harbour provisions, and the reporting timeline.
The webinar shall be delivered in Bahasa Indonesia.
