Business Operations Director

Áine McKevitt’s role at RSM is to lead the firm’s business operations agenda, working together with the client services team and internal functions. A clear focus of her role is leading and effectively delivering a range of business transformational projects across the Firm, incorporating the areas of HR, Marketing, Finance, ICT, Operations and Facilities, to drive operational improvements, promote firm culture and values and support the efficient delivery of the Firm’s vision. 

With 15 years corporate management experience, Áine’s expertise includes all aspects of human resource management and business operations leadership. Many of her projects involve collaboration with colleagues from around the RSM global network, including membership of the global innovation team with an emphasis on best practice business operations processes and client experience delivery.
