Dr Rachel Iredale has an extensive background in research and consultancy services, working in a range of sectors, including the private sector, semi-state bodies and the voluntary sector, and across a variety of disciplines. Specialist areas include health and social care, education, criminal justice, technology, public policy and research methods.
A dynamic and inspirational leader, Rachel is results orientated, impact driven, and a strong strategic thinker on complex and difficult projects. She is particularly skilled at negotiating partnerships and fostering collaboration, as well as generating new opportunities for clients for innovative and imaginative ways of thinking about their business.
Rachel is a Social Scientist with first class honours degrees from UCD and Maynooth, as well as a PhD in policy analysis. She has sat on a variety of Boards and has a strong track record in academic publishing, including producing reports for government. She also has an international reputation for innovation in research methods, and a strong track record in advising clients on a range of specialist evaluation techniques such as Maturity Matrices, Balanced Scorecards and Appreciative Inquiry. Rachel’s consultancy practice for clients consistently ensures that organisational activity meets business needs, that it focuses on priory areas for growth, and generates transferable solutions. Rachel delivers technical planning and performance expertise for clients, as well as building capability within organisations using coaching and mentoring.
