Geraldine Lea

Audit Director

Geraldine is a Director in our audit and assurance department. Geraldine leads the provision of audit and related services to a client portfolio which includes large domestic and international groups. Specialist sectors include the public sector, financial services, technology and life sciences. Geraldine works closely with our international colleagues across the RSM global network of 120 countries. 

Geraldine is also the lead on RSM Ireland’s pension division. With extensive experience in this area, she delivers an effective audit process for clients, as well as managing a specialist team and leading business development initiatives. 

Working closely with clients, Geraldine’s experience also includes corporate governance reviews, strategy setting and review, probity reviews, due diligence, financial modelling and financial analysis. Geraldine is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, with a Post Graduate Diploma in FRS 102, and a Master’s in Business Practice, focusing on Organisational Behaviour, Leadership and Executive Coaching.
