James Burrows

Tax Partner

James is a Tax Partner at RSM, specialising in tax planning and structuring for foreign direct investment along with adoption of technology solutions to improve the tax compliance process for corporates.

James’ experience includes advising a range of national and multinational clients across the life sciences, technology and retail sectors. He trained in tax in the UK before moving to Ireland where he worked in both practice and industry. Before joining RSM, James spent 2.5 years in New York where he led the Irish Tax Desk for a BIG 4 firm,  advising multinational groups on Irish tax matters and the implications of tax reform at an Irish, EU and International level.

James holds a law degree from Lancaster University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Tax Advisors in Ireland and the UK.
