Liam is a Tax Partner at RSM Ireland, specialising in tax services for private clients.  

Liam brings over 20 years of practice experience providing tax advisory and compliance services to Irish clients including high growth domestic businesses, family offices and private equity backed enterprises.

 He advises on the Irish tax aspects of M&A transactions, succession planning, share reorganisations, personal and corporate tax for Irish businesses and its owners. Liam has acted on several market leading trade and private equity sales as well as dealing with tax controversy (Revenue interventions) cases.

 Liam is a Chartered Tax Advisor and previously worked with Grant Thornton Ireland for 19 years. He has acted as a moderator for the final exams of the Irish Tax Institute. Liam sits on the audit and risk committee of an amateur sports body and the development committee for Ireland West Airport’s strategic development zone.
