Mr. Hazenfratz is one of the founding partners at RSM Shiff-Hazenfratz & Co. Mr. Hazenfratz has over 30 years’ experience in public accounting serving clients from middle market companies, government institutions and accompaniment to foreign investors.  He is an expert in the corporate governance domain and serves as an internal auditor &  risk management at large governmental firms,  He is accompaniment to foreign investors which are considering investments in Israel, initiating merging and acquisition transactions including accompaniment through the negotiation process, a member of professional committees with governmental authorities in the field of taxation, international accounting and risk management.

Mr. Hazenfratz holds a B.A. In economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University
