The ABCs of Successful Corporate Social Responsibility Projects in Mozambique

The Oil, Gas, and Mining Industries have been growing in Mozambique and with that, there has been a rich debate about how these industries can better impact our communities. With that background, RSM identified the need to discuss best practices regarding the design, monitoring, and evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility Projects amongst key industry players.

Accordingly, yesterday we held a Workshop entitled "The ABCs of Successful Corporate Social Responsibility Projects in Mozambique." This platform created a space to better understand the successes and challenges that companies face in the Mozambican market. From this discussion, we were able to explore the key concerns that companies have as well as the need to produce solution-oriented strategies for improvements in this field.

RSM looks forward to leading more exercises  challenge Mozambican companies to bring impactful solutions to our local market and to the communities who need them the most.
