Susan Gwesela joined RSM Moçambique on January 2024 as Tax & Outsourcing Manager.

She completed bachelor's degree in business management at Universidade Wutivi/ISTEG in 2017. 

With over 4 years of professional experience as a consultant in a Big Four audit and consulting firm and 2 years as a Tax Manager in Mozambique's largest brewery she has accumulated valuable exposure to large international clients and international best practices. 

As a tax consultant, she actively contributed the necessary tax opinions for domestic and foreign companies, tax structure, tax compliance and tax due diligences. She provided monthly tax compliance reviews for some of the largest and established multinational companies operating in Mozambique, such as Absa Bank, FLSmidth, Unilever, Weir Minerals, CB&I, DSV Air & Sea, as well as due diligences for Mota-Engil, Hidroeléctrica de Cahora Bassa, Grupo Entreposto, Nestlé, Global Alliance. 

She possess a combination of extensive leadership and management skills, which allow her to play a pivotal role in administration, human resources, operations (procurement and logistics), management, budget development and business development, as demonstrated by her previous positions at Cervejas de Moçambique, S.A, and Deloitte & Touche (Mozambique), Lda.
