Anine has more than 10 years of experience working with national and international taxation, including tax treaty issues, and domestic/cross border transactions and due diligence processes. She works closely with RSM's M&A department, as well as RSM's international network with offices in over 120 countries.

Her previous work experience includes the Norwegian Tax Administration and the international tax department in Ernst & Young law firm, where she has provided tax advice to multinational companies with respect to restructurings, cross-border operations, Norwegian corporate taxation and transfer pricing.  

Anine has experience with many different industries however she has gained particular experience with the real estate industry and M&A. 

Anine contributes to newsletters and has published several articles on the Norwegian general anti-avoidance rule. She has also been a lecturer for the Norwegian Institute of Public Accountants.
