Astrid Fiksdal

Recruitment Consultant

Astrid is employed as a Recruitment Consultant at RSM Norge AS.

She has a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Oslo, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Høgskolen i Innlandet, Lillehammer.

Astrid works with the recruitment of new graduates - both full-time positions and internships, and also with employer branding. Employer branding involves, among other things, school visits and events aimed at students.
