Julie Elise Paulsen

Senior Associate

Julie is Senior Associate in the RSM M&A Transaction Services team. She assists both private equity and corporate clients with a wide range of transaction advisory services, primarily focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, also covering vendor assistance and valuations.

Julie has a MSc in Business Law and Economics with a specialisation in Corporate Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and wrote her Master Thesis on the investor protection regulations on Euronext Growth Oslo. Julie is also active in the development of our ESG team.
