Linn Kvade Rannekleiv

Chief Legal Officer

Linn Kvade Rannekleiv is Chief Legal Officer at RSM and has the core responsibility of providing advice on legal issues affecting the company. She is part of the RSM management team.

Linn was previously partner at the law firm Arntzen de Besche and has worked at Wiersholm and DLA Piper. Before joining RSM, she worked as in-house counsel at the maritime insurance company Gard AS. Linn is a member of the Norwegian Bar Association's Law Committee for transportation law, including marine insurance, and is deputy representative on the board of the Bar Association in the region Aust-Agder.

She regularly holds presentations and lectures for the Norwegian Bar Association on directors’ liability, and is leading a tort and insurance network for lawyers working at law firms, insurance companies, and insurance intermediary companies administered by JUC.
