Marte provides legal advice in relation to transactions, restructuring and company law, including when buying and selling companies, when changing group structures and other group structures and other restructurings, as well as company law advisory, and drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements and advising on shareholder matters.

Regarding transactions, Marte assists with the complete sales process from preparing for sales through bidding process, as well as negotiating and entering into sales contracts, shareholder agreements and other relevant documentation.

Marte also provides on a regular basis legal advice on company law and has special expertise in equity transactions and restructuring.

Marte also has experience in assisting actors within the real estate industry with inter alia structuring, acquisition, sale and advice pertaining to company law.
