Sanna is a Manager in the RSM M&A Transaction Services team. She assists both private equity and corporate clients with a wide range of transaction advisory services, primarily focused on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, also covering vendor assistance. 

Sanna has broad experience from working on both local and cross-border transactions. She advises clients across a variety of sectors, including real estate, software and technology, manufacturing, and retail. Sanna is also active in the development of our ESG competence.
