Sophie Van Den Wijngaard Skåre

Sophie is a lawyer at RSM Advokatfirma AS's office in Kristiansand. In recent years, she has worked with various corporate and tax law issues, often in connection with restructuring processes (typically demergers and mergers of limited liability companies, capital changes, etc.). Sophie also has particular experience assisting clients in property tax appeal cases and providing support related to the delivery of shareholder register tasks.

Sophie holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Agder and completed a master’s degree in law at the University of Bergen in 2019.

Sophie also has practical experience from her role as a board member of Younger Lawyers in Vest Agder.
